Charters

The various types of charters

The activities you can do depends not only on the yacht you charter, but also the type and duration of charters you do.

1. Dockside charters

For dockside charters, yacht will remain docked or berthed at the berthing marina, and will not cruise out to sea at all. Water activities and cruising may not be done and will not be included for dockside charters. There may be certain time limits and restrictions imposed by respective marina clubs. We strongly encourage cruising as going out to the waters is what the yachting experience is actually all about.

2. Day charters

Short cruising charters of 4 or 5 hours are what we call day charters. We always recommend cruising charter, as cruising is what the yachting experience is all about. No visas/passports will be required for cruising in local waters within Singapore as the yacht will remain within local port limits. A brief day charter itinerary is as below:

Upon departing berthing marina, yacht may cruise around the Southern Islands. Anchoring or berthing may be done at the sheltered bay of Lazarus Island for meals or activities such as island visit, exploring the sandy beach, swimming, kayaking and other activities where the water is calm. You may also see the Southern coastline of Singapore, with views of the Singapore CBD skyline.

Our local fleet of charter yachts do day charters in Singapore, with varying flexible itinerary, that may be custom to your preferences and requirements. Day charter capacity is usually up to a maximum licensed capacity. For your greatest comfort and enjoyment, we always recommend keeping well within the maximum licensed capacity.

3. Extended charters

Longer charters or overnight charter may be done on selected yachts. Overnight capacity is usually less than maximum licensed capacity, due to the number of berths (bed spaces) and cabins available on board each yacht. An extended charter within Singapore allows you to enjoy both the daylight and evening cruises, all in one charter!

4. Overseas charters

Our selected yachts may do overseas charter to destinations such as Tioman (Malaysia) or Batam/Bintan (Riau islands, Indonesia).

You can choose to depart in Singapore, or even any other ports, as we do have working relationships with yachts in other areas such as Langkawi, Phuket, Maldives, and more!
